A. Riverbend Crossing is an Active Adult Community of 43 single level luxury homes. Our quaint community consists of one mid-rise building situated on 5 acres of land.

A. Riverbend Crossing is located at 350 Greene Street in North Andover (off Waverly Road between Rt.114 and Mass Ave.). This peaceful community is located on the banks of the Shawsheen River with convenient access to major highways, shopping, and restaurants.

Q. What types of homes are available?

A. There are a variety of one and two bedroom home designs remaining which range from 1200+/- square feet to almost 1300+ square feet.

Q. What are the Homeowners’ Association (HOA) fees?

A. Currently the HOA fees are $275.00 per month and include all common area and building maintenance including snow removal, landscaping, insurance, water and sewer fees.

Q. What amenities are included at Riverbend Crossing?

A. Riverbend Crossing has a Common Meeting Room with kitchen, secured storage, assigned parking, well appointed and furnished lobbies with elevator service, and for passive recreations it has walking trails along the Shawsheen River.

Q. Are there any age requirements for Riverbend Crossing?

A. Yes, the Riverbend Crossing Bylaws require that one resident of the condominium be at least 55 years of age.

A. Yes, pets are allowed at Riverbend Crossing, subject to the restrictions which are part of the condominium documents.

Q. How many units are available and ready for occupancy?

A. Our unsold units are ready for immediate occupancy. All our units have been finished to satisfy even the most discerning buyer. Although our units are ready for occupancy now, we are happy to work with our homeowners to fit their individual timing needs.

Q. What if I have to sell my existing home before I buy at Riverbend?

A. If you have a home to sell, we can assist you in a number of ways. Although we do not market our buyers existing homes, we do work closely with one of the area’s top real estate offices.
