Q. Where is Deerfield Estates located?

A. Our community is conveniently located at 148 Lumber Street in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Although every home is nestled within beautiful woodlands, Deerfield Estates is only minutes to Routes 135, 85, 9, 495 and the Mass Pike.

Q. What is Deerfield Estates?

A. Deerfield Estates is an Active Adult Community of 47 luxury townhome condominiums.

Q. Does Deerfield Estates offer more than one floor plan?

A. Yes, we offer five different home designs. Some of our homes are Detached free-standing condominiums; most however, are Attached condominiums, in groups of two or three per building.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. Yes, pets are welcome however, some homes may not be in a suitable location for a pet. Our sales staff will work with you to select the best location for you.

Q. What are the homeowners’ monthly Condo Fees?

A. Presently the fees are $375 per month which is subject to change. This includes exterior building maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, and maintenance of the well and septic system. Also included is maintenance and insurance of the community roadways, weekly rubbish removal, and insurance on the buildings (excluding homeowners’ contents insurance).  There is also an additional $35 per month reserve contribution.

Q. What are the age requirements to purchase a home at Deerfield Estates?

A. The Town of Hopkinton Active Adult Bylaw requires that one person living in the home be at least 55. There is no age requirement to purchase a home, only that the home be occupied by one person that is at least 55.
